Should I top? and where...

She's 34 days old today, and my only shot at cheefing in this country unless I get some stealthy genetics shipped...
I will likely be revegging her, and possibly have some clones from her if the bubble cloner I made today is worth a damn.
At any rate, I'm not quite sure where to cut... I mean I am, but where would you guys/gals cut for say um, maximum reward? If you think I should cut her at all.

As an aside, about those sweet little things growing where the petioles meet the main stalk...
a. How can I get some more light down there? Kindof tried lst but it looked bad with the leaves pulled down all awkwardly... also considered putting mylar on a little piece of cardboard and setting it atop the soil reflecting upward, or maybe the sides of her angled slightly upward?

b. Are those typically what one takes as cuttings?

Edit: Crap, sorry about the sideways pictures, they didn't look like that when I previewed them on my comp...

Nevermind about the if I should top or not...

Does anyone have an answer about those cool little 'extra' growths?
