I have been growing organic for a while now and I don't even check my ph anymore. I use r/o water, guano, compost tea(recipe changes through grow cycle), kelp, humic acid and several other organic soil amendments.
I have such wicked awesome healthy microbes in my soil that it pretty much takes care of itself, stays between 6.5-6.8 all the time with almost no regulation on my part. True organic is the best way to grow, I can't recommend it strongly enough.
But to answer you question, wait, that soil should get the plant through week 2-3 w/o needing any additional nutes.

One note, I wouldn't bubble for 24 hours, keep it under 8-10 for the best results.

Just my experience.

dont fert 1/4 man just plain water has enough nutrients to get it futher than that. just dont overwater . but yeah i guess 1/8-1/4 prolly wouldnt even hurt it

This is what I do: When leaves, extend outside the rim of the cup you have planted it in, I would start nutes...
Wait, re-mix the ferts like above says 1/8 or 1/4... just water them way down...
Good luck man...
