They're getting there. Get yourself a loupe (60x) or a pocket scope. Checkout the trichs. I usually chop when I first start to see amber. It's really a personal preference, though. Just watch what your breeders finish times are, for starters.

Oh, man. Tough to say. What are you running? If it's a indica dom 8-9 weeks is when I would be watching the trichs. Some Sativas run as long as 12 weeks. From what I'm looking at, you have something sativa dom.
