Should I start flowering my clones ?

I got all my clones from a dispensary about 2 weeks ago. When I got them they were rooted for about 4 weeks already. I know I could just keep vegging them but my goal is to be all done and harvested by the beginning to middle August. They are at least 12-15 inches high and have multiple branches.

I'm also having a little issue with the tips of the leaves curling up, drying and flaking off. Anyone know why?

You can flower if you want, personal choice I guess. Leaf tips up is usually heat stress or really low humidity.

Thank you. I started looking it why the leaves did that in other places and it said the same. I know it's not a humidity issue. So I raised my lights. Hopefully that will help.
