Should I SCROG these? SOG, or LST? Thoughts please :)

I'm on day 17 of veg, roots original soil, doing the entire roots organics master feeding schedule. Blueberry x Cookies, Mendo Breath and Sunset Sherbet from Midnight Farms Nursery. I have 16 - 5 gallon pots in each 4x4 tray under 1000w eye hortilux super hps bulbs in XXXL Magnum hoods. CO2 generator and environment is pretty dialed right now. I'm about to flip to flower possibly in the morning because usually when the plants are this big, i flip them and they stretch to max height i can handle in this room. About 36" on average. Given i haven't grown these particular strains from this nursery before. So I'm hoping for some input on whether to SCROG these, SOG or LST. I have trellis net i can put on the frames you see in the picture. Was thinking lowering the frames so they are about 12" above the pots and scrogging. Or lower them a little, put the trellis on and use it to tie branches to where needed to spread the plants out and maybe tie down some upper shoots. If i wanted to SCROG, can i put the trellis net at the tops of the plants now, flower them in the morning and get enough stretch to fill the screen from 16 plants in 5 gallon pots? What do ya'll think? Thanks for your time!

They are just coming out of a funk from overwatering, otherwise they'd probably be bigger given 17 days of veg. Also transplanted in rockwool cube straight to 5 gallon pot, next time will pot up. Also they all got topped once about 3 or 4 days ago, except for maybe 2 or 3.

will these over fill a screen if i put the screen right at the top of them and switch to flower today? Or do you think it will be just the right amount of stretch to fill it? Also, do i want the screen full before flipping to flower and then all the nodes stretch straight up into colas? Thanks for the help

looking good man if they were mine id top, lst.and scrog them 100 percent!!!
Thanks for the reply :) I topped them about a week ago, give or take a couple days. I took the top section of my frames off and raised the lower part up a bit and put the trellis net on. Also put screws in the pvc frame every 6" or so to put garden twine across to make the squares smaller. Gonna scrog them in veg a tad bit and then I'll flip. Check out my Grow Journal in a little bit, will post some pics there. HAPPY GROWING!

36" is your total max? Or max from the top of the soil? What size(height) are the pots again? If it were me, i would throw the 3"x 3" screen over the tops now, let them fill in (veg) untill most if not all tops are level with the screen, if you have a fast/dominant branch then tuck it under the screen and wait for the others to catch up. Once they are all close in height, flower them and let the tops stretch past the squares. If they stretch to hard/fast then tuck them into an "outer" square (early flower) before the stems get too hard.
