Personally I wouldn't spend 1 red cent with Barney's Farm.

They have a couple good strains and tons of rip-offs.

I can't support them personally.

i have grown the big buddah blue cheese and i have had issues with molding during dry cure. not a good cash crop strain as you have to dry it out to almost no water weight before you can jar and cure. I did some research and this seems to be a common issue.

the blue cheese has a stoned high, more of a couchlock and it is verry nice smelling if dried and cured without getting the mold issue. this happened to me on 2 different phenotypes.

on the first batch i chalked it up to personal error in the dry cure but after it happened a second time i thought maybe it wasnt my fault since none of my other strains did it either harvest. if its for personal use then its not a bad decision as weight dosent really matter. but if your growing for patients and selling by weight, your essentially selling it 2 for the price of 1 because all the water weight is gone.

The auto northern lights are good my friend has some of that and it smells and taste great. If you do order make sure it's between feb 1-4 so you can catch the Feb promotion.

any suggestions ?

Plenty of suggestions. What type of buzz are you looking for? Is yield more important than quality, vice versa? Any particular smells or tastes?

don't get nirvana femmed or auto ANYTHING! some don't even respect their regs anymore, but their sativa seeds' line has some nice rarities. if you want good cheap seeds, get a pack of mandala's safari mix or one of his cheap strains. i don't know who has the best NL5 or cheese to answer that as they aren't to my tastes. i'd probably get a high quality seeds' or their sister black label seeds' NL5 as one of them carries it and i do like HQS haze x skunk a lot... very potent and long lasting motivational and lightly trippy high with strong medicinal value besides making one tired. their little autuflowering masterkush from the black label line was pretty much exactly what i expected... a quick finishing compact skunk #1 equivalent with a reasonably low odor, so i'd expect something acceptable from them. i wouldn't get greenhouse or dutch passion NL5 though. i know that much for sure.

Had good luck with a Nirvana NL fem. I would stay away from auto anything. Classic Seeds has a NL that is supposed to be legit. I have it but have not grown it yet. Seed Depot for it.

that's the 1st positive review of nirvana's fems i think i've see. there used to be a lot of unhappy campers with those. i always had great viability at least with their regs years ago.

my short stuff super cali haze really was short stuff as a root kink too close tpo the soil surface (still don't know how to avoid those short of replanting after the fact), but it was tasty and generic haze enough for me to chose this handle for it, and my black label seeds little masterkush autos (maybe femmed too) were pretty much short skunk #1 equivalents as expected. too stony for my tastes, but they did what they were supposed to and left everything else in the dust in the get down to flowering department, but you'd have to buy a bunch to get a good large yield out of them without some breeding.

Try Pyramid Seeds, Anesthesia, its northern lights x black domina. It is powerful, and lives up to its name. Yields nice and pretty easy to clone. The buds are extremely dense, so you need to watch your humidity levels.

I really liked my nirvana white widow fem and I have seen other grows where it has turned out nice, i would buy fems from nirvana again but i wouldnt buy from barneys farm
