Should I just call George Washington?

I have a hermie at 8 weeks flowering this Wednesday. I won't have my scope before the new year, and I just wondered if I should go ahead and cut this thing down. It looks pretty good, most of the branches are covered in red hairs, but the upper part of the main cola and a few branches are still covered in white hairs. I think this is because they were not pollinated, no they are maturing later. Any ideas?

Yeah, it's the only one, I just wanted to see if others thought it might be time based on the timeline. What do you think?
