Should I Grow in Texas or Not??

Aight heres the thing, i just caught a case for possesion of under 2 ounces (class b misdameanor) and a Tampering with Evidence (3rd Degree Felony), because i threw the weed out tha window. Didnt even know they could do that. I just bonded out like 5 hours ago.

Well ive been planning a grow in my apartment (i know thats risky right there but ima have it set-up where the heat will be secretly vented out the window with a carbon filter so there will be no smell), but, my people say i should goto rehab so it'll look good when i goto court.

But over here they dont set court dates for like 3 to 5 months, so i was thinking in 3 months i should have my first pound, which goes for like $3000 down here, and ill be able to afford me a good lawyer to hopefully get the felony dropped or lowered to a misdameanor.

Anywayz, is this a good idea or not??

I would not recommend that. Is it really worth the risk to go back to jail over? Just my opinion.

Yea i know but i got the money to spend to do it right, i got like $1500, so i can do it nice and stealthy

If you feel the potential outcomes outweigh the risk, then go for it. But I would never recommend for someone to do something illegal, especially when you just got out.

why did you throw the weed out the window? get an airtight container at hobby lobby or some shit for next time.... keep all weed in there, and far from the doors. if you get pulled over it won't smell, and you'll be in the clear. don't let the cop search your car. a dog won't smell it if it's in the jar inside the car far from the doors, unless it's been in there for like 4 hours.

as long as it's in the car, it's up to them to make their way inside. using your rights and geting off on a technicality is always the best option.

since you threw it out the window, you're screwed. if you don't have any priors, go to a rehab, and you can probably get the tampering with evidence charge dropped. get a lawyer and he'll show you how to do it without having to pay for it.

you can get the tampering charge dropped. it's a charge more properly applied to more serious crimes, and you didn't try to flush crytal meth, or hide a murder weapon, you threw out less than 2 oz of weed... throwing it out gets you in more trouble than having it?? when you talk to a lawyer, tell him all these things. that you think the tampering should be dropped, even if you plead guilty on possesion. it's a misdemeanor that gets expunged after a few years. a friend of mine got caught a few weeks ago in coppell, she got a 500 fine for almost 2 oz of weed. she didn't loose her job or anything. she's not even worried about it ruining her record, and her chances for a promotion.... it's like having unpaid parking tickets or some bullshit...

so don't bug out too bad on the possesion, you can probably plead guilty on possesion, go to drug classes, and get the tampering charge dropped, even if it's dropped to a littering fine or something of the sort...

and don't grow until all of this has blown over, until the shit hits the fan, until the cows come home, until the ...... i don't know... you get the point.....

Get a lock box to keep in the car.
