Should I flush?

I HAVE to use miracle grow organic for another week until I get paid... 3 of the seedlings seem to be going really slow...... 2 of them have opened up and are looking really good though. Should I flush the party cups with a shit load of water to rinse out the nutes????

Because they are yellowing on the tips of the big ones, and the ones that havent really opened up yet are yellowish as well.

PS: The plants are 5 days old. Dinafem Auto Cheese. Under 100watts of CFL right now in party cups. No nutes being fed, just tap water.

Never water log a party cup unless u have a hid and fans to make the soil dry faster.You'd be surprised how fast stems and roots rot in small containers.You could add a little bit of nutes tho i feed my seedlings Bloom nutes even tho not recommended

What about the ones that seem like they arent growing.. they have the seed gone, and are kind of open but still bent over.. they arent fully erect yet.... should I be worried? They have been in the soil for 4 days as of today.

hey scrog i just went to walmart last week and they have a new line of mg that might be old but might be new never seen b4 , its called seedling or seed starter soil , i was nosey and opened ...oooops but it looks really good almost a trace of nutes and felt like coco maybe this guy above might be able to check it out if he possibly mixes it with some perlite and some peat he might be ok?

could be fine in that. for seeds i use peat and perlite...........nothing else. or plain potting mix.

I grew my last harvest I'M mg for the first month no problems... you'll be fine, I say fuck part cups start them in what your going to finish in. Fuck stress for nothing Nah mean!!

My 3 gallon bags will be in tomorrow.. they germinated way faster than I thought they would. I didnt want to start them in cups :(

dont let old scroggy discourage you there is nothing wrong with MG,it's not the best soil but it works well for me(potting mix,non organic)When your plants are young too much water will stunt them in that soil but when they are bigger they eat/drink more than you would think.Just make sure you have sufficient drain holes in your containers/party cups and your plants should do a lot better.2 $6 bags of MG potting mix is about to produce me a lil lb under a 400w 12/12 from seed so it's not the worst,and the only reason its not more because i have mostly sativa dominant plants plus i harvested about 17 grams(early pickings) already from my Mother plant who only has her cola and to other branches left to cut.I only cut her though cause the clones from her are going to yield more and are ripening faster than her.

Thanks for the reply.

Im more worried about the 3 that havent really opened.. they seem to be just above the soil with the seed gone.. because i pulled it off... they came off easily... but they arent standing up.. they are still unched over and kinda closed up.. and dark.. brownish not green.

i certainly hope i have discouraged him from startin seeds in hot mix...............................
