Should I add these extra lights to the top or sides of plant?

I have 4 reds and 2 blue cfl's on top of my plants. I have 1 fluorescent tube 30 watt on the side. This tube isn't that bright though. I just bought 2 more reds. My plant is in week 4 flowering, should I add these lights to the top or side?

If the lights don't heat up the space too much... go for it. There is a lot of good info on CFL's here! More ventilation and exhaust are a plus.

Experiment, I used to run a tube on the side to help with lower bud sites
