Well I'm going to buy some nitrogen to add to my plants because I've forgotten how long they've been in the flowering stage but it's been over a month, and I can't havest because the trichromes are still clear and not cloudy or amber yet, and the leaves are almost completely died off from turning yellow and crispy. My question is is there any wrong type of nitrogen. I don't wanna buy. The wrong kind. And also is there any such thing as giving it too much nitrogen where it might cause the plant to die? How much nitrogen should be given to the plant? I have 5 plants that are 3 feed tall in a 5 gallon DWC. And two plants in another 5 gallon DWC. Also will this nitrogen be ok?

Whats the best nitrogen to get for marijuana and the cheapest?

Currently only using sensi bloom A and B with ph perfect technology.

Thanks to everyone who helps and answers these questions.

You sure it's N causing the yellowing and falling off of the leaves? I would definitely recommend getting some in there if so because without leaves your plant wont be able to produce the energy to get huge buds! There's so many kinds to pick from, I would just visit your local garden center or home depotand get something cheap to last you this run. Next run you can do soil amendments or pick a dif primary nute to prevent it from happening again.

If you're in flower, your ladies should be devouring P and K.. with minimal N.. unless you're running something with no N at all, that's not the case. You can have N tox, yes.. and you'll know if you tox it. Am more curious if you're pH'ing your water and making sure that it's in the appropriate range for the medium so there's not nute lockout present.

So I bought the stuff shown above at the link. My only question is now for the pros of roll it up. And that is what is the ratio amount I can add to the plants without overdosing and killing them?

Like how many spoonfuls or Mili Liters per each gallon of water? I'm using DWC. 5 gallon tubs with Sensi-bloom A and B.
sensi bloom a/b is a 6-6-9 solution, which should be adequate nitrogen for flowering especially a month in, if you are following the directions.

look to the roots. are they white and healthy or brown and scuzzy?

does your rez smell nasty or healthy?

when was the last time you did a full rez change?

is your bubble pump making bubbles in sufficient quantity?

whats the temperature in the room?

so many things could do what you describe, but i would generally suspect a rez health issue before i would assume they need more of any particular nutrient.

I'm checking all those. But if I did want to add nitro what is the average amount I can add that shouldn't over do it? Oh hey also wondering. Is there any way I can just buy Co2 in a form that I can just add directly to the roots? I want to do something other than using a spray bottle of club soda. And a tank is too big to buy and use on my little deck outside.

No no.. do not add CO2 directly to the roots.. roots won't like that, they like O2 much much better.

look to the roots. are they white and healthy or brown and scuzzy?
What would cause browning of the roots if watering and feeding practices are good?
I don't want to highjack the thread just curious.

its root rot.

in a DWC it is caused by insufficient aeration, or water thats turned sour from too long between changes

in soil, its caused by overwatering or poor drainage

Confused. What is 8 Gills?
bro, that was me bein a smartass, those are obsolete measurements from long ago, but if you did the math you wouuld come up with ~3 teaspoons /gallon or ~3.5 ml/liter

i dont think your problem is nitrogen. i think it's something else, since the nutes youre using have ~6% nitrogen already, and thats more than most flowering solutions provide.
