Bingo, stand your ground means you don't have a duty to retreat, that's all. It doesn't mean you can shoot people over stuff. Shooting someone in your bedroom and shooting a kid high tailing it out your window will result in two very different outcomes and I am out of here!

The thief should have thought about that before stealing something, eh? Or maybe he did think about it beforehand and thought "meh". He should have thought "a hood is not worth getting shot over". Sounds like a stupid fuckknob to me...
