has anyone ever noticed that? or is it true?

i read on a couple of sites from google & yahoo about that..
saying it's a pre-flower guess or whatever..
just curious as to anyone who noticed this..

note: they did say it wasn't 100% guaranteed..

i just want to know the results..
for the ones that have grown for years..

when you had tall plants, did they turn out male?
& if you had short plants, did they turn out female?

You cant go by that. When one plant is taller than the other in preflowering, it would be something to keep an eye on (if all aspects are the same for both plants, such as light, nutrients, etc, etc), but the only way to really know is to wait for 12/12, and for them to show there sex...

oh, i know that..
i just wanted to see the results on growers with years of experience..
like they can say most of their tall plants were male & short ones were female..
something along those lines..
i know how to determine the sex, but i was browsing through the web & saw that..
so i wanted to ask around about the tall/short plants sexes.. lol

Everytime I have started from seed I have noticed that the males do get taller faster. They usually look really healthy and you think you have this awsome plant and it ends up being a male....

in my experience that was true.. that the males tend to have more space between leaves.. but i have this really short bush going now.. so i'll have to see what it is when i go 12/12

i think it's true, for some reason every seedling that just outgrows the others are usually males. those are the males i tend to keep, the most healthy and stronger males are the best to use for breeding.
