short thick pistils in flower

1st grow short thick pistils what is wrong with my plant (jack herer from seed)

-others planted at the same time weren't as bushy as this one, its the only diffrence from the other plants
-maybe not getting enough light

can i get any suggestions or info ,cant find anything online :/

Could'nt tell you man but the little white dots on all the leaves look worrying. Saw similar on another guys post on here and everyone called spider mites. Dont take my word for it though lol im noob too. Some pros will likely chime in soon enough. GL.

Thanks for your input I think those white dots are probably just reflected water from some Foliar spray I did earlier with seaweed extract, I haven't seen any bugs but I will double check
