short rider question

i germinated my seed on feb. 14th and im just now starting to see hairs, why is it taking so long? it is an indoor grow. in rain Forrest dirt with fox farm nutes. also i am not happy with nirvana seeds. i bought 5 short riders and 5 ak48 all the ak48 made it but only one dam short rider germinated.

short rider? is it an autoflower like lowryder? because sometimes you get a lowryder seed that has some recessive genes that makes it act more like a normal plant. usually lowryders only grow to a foot and a half tall but these recessive gene plants grow to a few feet tall and dont flower by themselves. maybe you got unlucky. sucks dude.

hi bigdaddy... not sure if they are they same but my lowryder auto is at 70 days, and hasnt budded... showed sex 3 weeks ago and still nothing... im am gradually going to have to know it back to 12/12.... wish you luck, you are not alone...and yes i know this post didnt help or make you feel any better.....but you are not alone

The thing about autoflowers is that they will flower under almost any light regime. The both of you must have the recessive phenotypes because at 70 days your bud should be dried, cured, and you should be smoking a blunt. It should have shown sex at 17-21 days. But sputniknz is correct when he said that you are not alone. There is actually a lot of info on what you guys are experiencing, just search it up!
