She's sick and I don't know why

Hey guys it's me again xD I have a plant that's sick and I need some help identifying the problem. I don't know the strain but it's either lemon haze, Bruce banner, or northern lights. It smells just like the lemon haze I had around the time I collected the few decent seeds I have. Anyways she's almost 3weeks in flower, her last watering was distilled water phd at 7, 3-4 days ago. I didn't check the runoff ph like a fool :wall: so not sure what that is. She's under 2 cxb3590s no reflectors, 5gal bucket, ffof soil, transplanted from 2 1/2 gal and she was in some bs MG soil so theres that soil in there too. I've only fed her once since the transplant into ffof, I'm using advanced nutrients GMB and sensizyme, rhino skin, and sensi cal+mag for additives along with tropical organics banana manna. I fed at 1/2 strength of recommended. She started going downhill a day before her last watering but I just figured she was thirsty. Before the bottom leaves shriveled up they were yellow with a few random brown spots, which started a couple weeks ago that's why I fed the first time. Also another thing I noted 3 weeks during a watering was these super tiny bugs crawling all in the soil. I used my magnifier to see them better and they were a milky white color with feeler antennas. A lot like the attached pic but not as long and the antennas were longer. The plant was perfectly healthy then and I didn't find much about it in my grow bible or searches so I figured they were good bugs. I only saw them that once.
I just smoked a fatty so I feel like I'm rambling lol here's some pics guys, any help greatly appreciated :bigjoint: the first couple pics are from the 5th, the next 4or so the 15th and the rest from the 21st
