Ya- I used to live in Arizona. One of the 'great states' that gives you a felony for possession of a seed or a gram of weed or a pipe. The laws are really harsh there. I'm so glad I live in a decriminalized state now!!

man I realy hate you guys, Its not easy and hella expensive to just up an leave move somewhere else.

AZ has absolutely nothing, no awesome resturants, terrible weather, stupid people. You'd think the least they could is pass medical use out here. well actualy it is leagal to prescribe but doctors lose ther license if they do. THE people voted for it but still thers loophole

i had to click on it to be sure... but yeah.... the sheriff of maricopa county is a media/radical redneck phenomenon.... like the "extreme judges" of texas a few years back..... This dude's "county jail" is a fucking complex of army tents out in the desert..... and many of his inmates are nonviolent marijuana offenders...... because of his ridiculous policies..... fuck that bastard:finger:

His marijuana policies are out of line, but I love the way he runs his prisons and his officers respect him highly because he doesn't take any political BS.

Sure, he makes prison a hell hole, but that's what it's supposed to be... not a damn free motel.

I think I seen his prison featured on the drug war last white hope,on HBO.They were talking about all the non violent addicts that were locked up in his hell hole.

this prick shouldnt be able to post peoples mugshots and their crimes on the internet. it must cross some line, some constitutional right

almost all of those people are being charged for nonviolent drug possession charges (and a few DUIs in there too, but...) these people are going to get SKREWED because this small dick cop is posting their info on the information super highway

arizona SUCKS anyways, its citizens diserve the right to smoke pot, or get fucked up if they want to

How are they gonna get screwed? Any simple background service would reveal the same thing and employers always do those... and nope, doesn't cross any constitutional lines, that's why he does it!

I think you're just mad because this Sheriff is doing his job, doing a damn good job of it, has his county's full support for over 15 years, and major respect from his deputies. When a SHERIFF has the respect of his deputies, that tells you something! The people like him because of the major decrease in crime in his county, as the criminals do NOT wanna go back to his jail and thus, they stay out of trouble!

MJ laws are bad in AZ, but tough shit, it's like that everywhere. Write the senators or whoever as the Sheriff doesn't make the laws!

come on bro.... really??? How can you justify this guy's stance on pot and such??? By his standards, you and I deserve to be in his little army camp prison for our weekend smoke sessions.... do you think you and i deserve prison??? I know you, you know me.....:blsmoke:

I don't, but I don't dislike him just because of that...

He does many great things for Maricopa county, that's why he's been re-elected every time since 1992. And he stands up to all the politicians trying to bring him down! AND he's real big on the illegal alien issue... the guy has balls, gotta commend him for it, even if he sucks with his pot policies.

We shall talk more tomorrow I hope, I'll give ya a call!

hey man im up in flagstaff (shitstaff, fagstaff, jewstaff) attending college and it SUCKS. Going to NA-JEW currently, the biggest jew school in all of the west coast.


Cant agree with ya more AZ sucks sucks sucks. People are dumb, cops are just annoying as hell and they treat weed like some kind of devils drug.

although i can see your point.... I still dont like the fucker, or what he stands for.... the incarceration of peaceful citizens. I have a hard time looking past that part to see the good it all.... I will say that he has balls, and that we need a whole revamping of the prison system, and he's got a good idea on how to get order in his "yard", but there are some changes that need to be made in the justice system that will probably never happen....

I'll be around bro, tomorrow is the last day of our "break", so we'll just be chillin at the house.... hollabongsmilie
