Shell Provider

Title says all, I'm looking for a good shell provider. Anyone have a recommendation?

ispeeds.net he is a personal friend of mine and I have used him for years. when you talk to him tell him rollitup sent ya.

no problem I am currently on his box while im in the live chat on dalnet, I have maybe had one hour downtime with him, and he is cheap as hell.

i googled it to. i think ur right it says they use it for IRC bots and whatnot i think i get the idea...but im still not sure what exactly is it and what r u using it for?
