She isnt getting taller??

Hey everyone im having what i think is a problem. My plant is about but 10 days old and is abnormally large compared to the others. For some reason the plant isnt getting any taller its just getting extremely large leaves. The plants color looks excellent but the leaves are hanging on to my soil (Organic). Could this be from over watering? I actually just transplanted because i could see the roots at the bottom of my smaller pot. I Feel like i let the pot get dry until it feels light to lift. I just switched from my little seedling pot to a 4 gallon "plant spa" pot (i water from the bottom) The other 3 are looking great just taller but not quite as wide. I am using a 600w MH light and it is about 22" from plant and again they look extremely happy besides this one who isnt getting taller could its roots ran out of room in the smaller pot? Im thinking it will shoot up now its in the larger pot. Let me know what you all thinking... Complete noob here. :peace:

Pictures? Is it an Indica? Not uncommon to stay short and shrub like.

i dont have any pictures right now i will try to get some later. Not sure if it is an indica. i know they can naturally be short and shrub like but these leaves i feel like are way to big for the size of and age of the plant. I could just be over thinking the whole thing just thought i would ask.

Pictures would be best but in their absence I would say you are overthinking it. If your plant has huge leaves but is very short I'd say you are doing great. The alternative is a tall stretchy plant which would indicate problems. Try not to worry

Those are going to turn out just fine for you. 10 days old you said? The only thing I see worth checking is they look a little thirsty *or* they look like they could be a little over-watered.
For 10 days old, I think you're doing great.

Don't love your plants too much bro....

Just like children, let them root, find there ground, being uplifted from one place and moved to a next is a stressful time, but that's what they need to recover. Time to settle in to there new accommodation.

For 10 days old, I think you're doing great.

Defo agree, that soil mix looks rather parched on the surface, use luke warm water that's been left to sit for 12-24hours, if you have a water tank/hot water tank that you know has not been completely refilled in the last 12hrs is fine to use, just make sure its warm to the wrist like babies milk.this ensures you don't shock the roots with ice cold water, you wouldn't like to be dunked with your boxers off in a nice cold pond.

yea the top looks dry i watered from the top when i transplanted but im using plant spa type pots. Basically it has a reservoir at the bottom that you put the water in. it says to water from the top on the first watering. Plant spas Supposedly help from over watering. Has anybody ever used these type of pots before?

Hmm...might be best to avoid using aids like that until they are older and more established. Can you easily just put that to the side for now and continue to water from the top?

Yea of course. i was contemplating honestly. I just liked the idea because it basically had a water catcher at the bottom just a little easier to keep clean. i will hold off untill they are more mature. Thanks for all the advice! :clap:

Plant spa... don't quote me but I believe its like a wick system. defo go with regular water over a wick system, mainly because its harder for your nutrients to travel up than what gravity intends them to do. I usually empty any excess in trays after 30mins of it sitting there.
