Shalt I start to Flowerith the Lively Greens?

Title says it all: To flower or not to start flowering. There are 3 NL's, 3 AK48s, 1 Jack Herer, and 1 Super Lemon Haze. I want the plants to be as productive as possible, and they have a 8ft ceiling to reach if they want it. The NL is 28 Inches, the AK and SLH are 18 inches, and the JH is very indica dominant pheno for some reason and is 12 inches.

The reason I asked this was because I've heard NL can only reach about 4' or so because of the indica in them. But right now they're the tallest.

I guess I was wanting them to get up to 5-6' because that is where the 600w hps is and would provide the most efficient and largest amount of light for them. I was wondering if this is possible with the strains I have at the height they are now in veg. I've heard the rule that plants grow 2x the height they are now except more for the Sativa dominant strains but I wasn't for sure how accurate this was

You should flower them now. 5' or 6' is too tall for a 6ooW light. they will really bush out.

The light is actually 1000 w split with a 400w at the bottom 4 ft and a 600 for the top 4ft. They're circled around it in a vert set-up like a campfire.
