Shadys LED Mystery seed grow

Its been about 4-5 years since my last grow. I was cleaning out my kitchen junk drawer and found probably over 30 seeds. Ive lived in my place for about 4 years so every seed could be anything from top shelf bud or it could be mexican brick weed also. Enjoy the grow! Its all for personal use and mostly a hobby to pass my time.

Equipment: 2 25w led panels
1000w led panel
100w led grow light strip.

Will be adding a red light led panel for flower also.

Nutrition: Fox farm grow big
Fox farm big bloom
Fox farm tiger bloom
Bottle water lol

i started by germinating 4 seeds to see if they would be viable, considering they have been in a drawer with everything imaginable in it lol. It took longer than I remember for the tap root too emerge (like 4 days ) but nevertheless i planted in a organic Soil mix with about 20% peralite. They sprouted in about two days on 6/29.

Since then ive only given them water and love. They all seem to be healthy except one that never really grew right after it lost its shell..

Enjoy the photos, feel free to comment or chat, any advice is greatly appreciated. Ive never grown with LEDs , only CFL. youll see ive planted 5 more plants and they are germinating in a dome container.

Lookin good! They’d probably be good under the one light until they get bigger but if it’s keeping temps up or something that’s coo

Thanks , I've never grown with LEDs so I I figured better safe than sorry, I'll probably take down the two side panels. Thanks for the advice

Week 2 Update:

Everything seems normal, plants are green and growing steadily. Ive given them big bloom every two waterings. The average temp seems to stay around 85 degrees during the day and 78 at night. I transplanted to final pots yesterday. I figured my starting seedling pots we're a little small and didn't want to risk stunting the root system. It went smoothly and they have been ”praying” ever since!

Check back next week for another update

Need to add a little more soil up to the bottom leaves, I just ran out when switching, it's fixed now

Week 3 UPDATE:

Transplant went smoothly. Growth never slowed and plants responded nicely. I have raised the lights slightly higher and also covered the topsoil with gravel. I have done this as a preventative measure to knats as ive had in previous grows at another location. Just better safe than sorry.

Ive fed them foxfarm grow big 1/2 strength a few days after transplant. I plan on feeding every 2 waterings and reduce to 1/4 strength. Not due to negative results but i plan on flowering in a month or so. So id prefer to taper off from a lower amount, Before I start Fox Farm Tiger Bloom. (I use store bought spring water)

Ive topped two of the plants.

As ive said in the title all seeds are mystery as ive found them. I think ive came across a mutant or maybe its a strain completely different from the others. It seemed to just grow lanky and floopy. It just looks ugly. Keeping to determine sex but honestly may pull it for space.

ENJOY!

Week 4-6

All went normal, no deficiencies in nutrients or abnormalities. I flipped to 12/12 after week 3 to keep height down. I stopped feeding Grow Big after the flip and waited a couple watering before switching to tigerbloom.

All turned out to be males except 2

The two remaining girls are completely opposite, one looks like a tall sativa and the other a shorter hybrid.

Will continue to update
