Sexing Plant

I know there literally probably hundreds of threads on here about sexing plants I am just trying to compare mine to some other pictures out there and I don't see any resembalence to either male or female pre-flowers.

This plant has been flowering for 4 days yet, so I'm not too worried if it's not showing yet, but I was just thinking maybe there's someone out there with a keen eye and more experience that could help me out.

Here are some pics from today:

Hey, I don't see any nutsacks(male) or pubes(female) so I'd wait or clone it and place the clone under 12/12. An easy way to do it is to just put a light proof bag over one branch for 12 hours a day and then you will have your sex. Hope this helps...peace.

personally i would just keep a close eye on it and look for some balls in that region to develope

Thanks all! I'm checking daily during the light period, (s)he's been in 12/12 for 4 days now. So bagging a branch wouldn't do much.

Alright, I am back going to revive this post.

So I've got what appears to be conflicting signs to a novice grower like myself. My plant appears to be showing mail / female traits. This plant was switched to flowering on April 5th, 2012.

Here are some pictures of some of the nodes, where it looks like there are male preflowers (with the little balls):

Yet, here are a couple pics from the top of my plant, where it looks like it's starting to develop pistils and hopefully form a nice cola:

I don't see anything one way or the other.

That pot looks like it's pretty small for that plant though.

Yeah, the pot is probably a little bit too small, but unfortunately this is the farthest I've ever gotten and space is quite limited, so I'm hoping there isn't too much more vertical growth. I've learned better for next time and will be setting up a SCRoG to control height next round.

Is it autoflower?

EDIT: cause if it's not autoflower (I wouldn't know about autoflower, so, even if it is this could apply), it's got a lot more growing to do.

i'm so glad i'm not the only person who finds sexing MJ plants to be mind boggling. i look at my plants and they don't look like any of the close up pics i see of males and females.. so at this point i'm just trying to sort out the ones that have more male-like characteristics (typically taller than the females, more stretched, etc). it's not a final determination but it lets me move the likely males to the periphery and get the likely females in the best spots. and i'm hoping that sooner or later they will start resembling the pictures in the sexing guides.

Do you know how long I can expect to wait to show signs of sex if it's been on 12/12 for 20 days already?

And is it too late at this point to try and do some training to control height.
