Sexing my cannabis seeds......advice

Hello to all looking in,

I normally just go with feminised seeds,

but this time i have some seeds that will need sexing,

Can you sex under a veg light? because this has me a little confused.....

It is possible to tell the sex of a plant early, and thus move male plants out of the main growing area sooner by covering a plant is lower branch for 12 hours a day while it is in a constant light vegetative state. Use a black paper bag or equivalent to allow for air flow while keeping out light. Be sure to set up a regular cycle for these covered branches. If light is allowed to reach them during the dark period, they may not indicate early at all.


So if i understand it all this is done under a veg light?

If so can i just do a 12/12 under the veg light to sex them without using a paper bag, and then revert them back to 18/6 ?

forget that man my plant was about 9 inchs tall and i sexed em both female and i am currently putting them back into veg as i move more of my frineds plants into my phototron,
I have sexed and reverted back to veg plenty of times before with no problumes
Its the best thing to do so you know ur not waisting your time with a male..

Just keep growing them in the veg state once they get 8 to 12 inches tall they normally start to show sex.

Let them all grow then take clones when you have took the clones put them on 12/12off

So are you saying you can tell if there male or female? without even putting them on flower?
