Sex pre-flowers?

We need a picture of your grow tips from the highest up branches or just a closeup of the growth tips on picture 2. I've noticed that side shoots tend to be the first areas on my plants to have true preflowers. Especially with my Indicas.

Ok, I'll get some pics up as soon as possible.
Now, my next question is...now that the light cycle is beginning to decrease, when do outdoor plants notice the change after the solstice and when do they stop vegging and begin flowering?

in your second picture it looks like you have a couple of whit hairs there. If so congats and good luck.

It depends where you're at, usually around mid-august I guess. We usually let stuff go outside until the first frost so it doesn't really matter when it starts to me.

I live in New England. Been really rainy and over cast for 90% of June. But my plants are looking healthy as ever.

Here's a couple of pics of my beauties. Look at the size of those fan leaves!
I just put my feminized Swiss Cheese into the ground yesterday. Hopefully I get a monster!

So I took a couple of pictures this morning. I tried to get as close up to the top growth as I could...there's a lot of growth up top and was wondering if this shot will help determine the sex pre flowers...any responses will be much appreciated.
The second pic is of my Swiss Cheese that I put into the ground about 3-4 days ago. She's doing lovely...super color and thriving nicely.

i hate to say it but the first picture looks like its got man sacs on it... im no pro thou so id wait for a second opinion before you pull it up

id have to say male but i wouldn't just pull it until you know for sure

dude that sucks because I've been putting so much hard work and effort into this plant

it really does suck but at least you know the swiss cheese will turn out good =) haha

Which is totally true. But I was praying for some nice dank Northern Lights to puff on all day for sure

Take a quick second look and let me know what you guys think.

Looks like a boy in that photo.

it looks like a male ball but it is very possible that pistils just havnt popped out yet so as long as the NL isnt to close to your swiss cheese id just let it grow for a while
just make sure it doesnt pollenate your girl

Am I looking at the same thing as you guys? The spade shaped preflower at the top of the new growth node? It hasnt produced a hair or a stamin (sp?) yet...so maybe its still juuust under developed?

Way to early to tell ,my guess is you should induce a quick flower to be sure ,so you don't lose both.If you know what I mean. That way you get one great one or even better.One great one and a pretty good northern light right.Just a little less yield if a she. Uncorrupted Cheese if male.(That's only if I heard right about you having a second plant therefor a Cheese)

Yeah, you got that right zoso...feminized Swiss Cheese...and hopefully a fem Northern Lights.
So when you say induce a quick flower, what do you mean? Nutes? 12/12 cycle?
I've been nuting it with a FF "Grow Big", "Super Thrive", and "Tiger Bloom" mix.
Other than that, you say that you think its still too early to see the preflower?

when I induced flowering I started a cycle of 9 hours light 15 pitch dark and I knew for sure after just three days in that cycle I kept her that way for a solid week 7 days than went normal 12/12.This way if it is a she like I believe (always positive),than you will yield about half less if not you will save your other plant way more importantly.To me a win win nothing to lose that way other than a little pride,life is a humbling thing sometimes.BEST OF LUCK .
