severe burns?(pic)

I watered this plant with nutes about 9 days ago and this is whats happening. This plant looks burned to shit is this what severe nutrient burn looks like or is it something else? thanks

pretty old dude. vegged for 2 months and been flowering for about 40 days. Im thinkin i was either under nuteing it for awhile or I had nutrient lockout because this plant is doing terrible. The buds are retarded and not growing at all. What should I do with this plant I just got done flushing it, which i should have done awhile back.

yea you should have flushed it awhile ago for now i saw feed it straight water... keep an eye on your ph lvl
