Setting up new flood drain setup

Hello everyone I wanted to know which rockwool is the one I need the rockwool granduale is it the absordant type or the repellent one?
thanks and what other media can I put with the rockwool I wanted to use ftocell like Mr. Fuct but the problem with that is it's not widely avaiable in the us. want to flood 2x day once when lights come on and again when light are about to come off thanks everyone for reading

yes but thery don't have the answer to rockwool would like to know if the absourbant type is the way to go with thanks eightsecrun

Thanks eightsecrun your the man that did it I found the answer I'll be starting my grow as soon as my clones develop nice roots there in the ez cloner now for 8 days just started to show roots I'll do a journal
