Setting up Co2

I want to set up Co2 in my flowering room. I have the tank and Reg-1 emitter. I also have the CAP Air 4 which has an input for a co2 device. I think it is only for disabling the device when the fans are on? My box is 96 square ft (4x4x6) with a 1000 wt air cooled light. Iv'e got the temp set around 76f and the exhaust will kick on. What do I need to get this co2 going? I figure plug the emitter into a timer and then into my Air 4 - then turn my temp up to 85 - then my exhaust fan might not kick on so much. How much co2 and for how long and how many times per day do I set up the timer?
