Setting up CFLs for micro grow

I really want to set up my lights to be exactly like this:

I just can't seem to find any DIY for it. Any information on how I could mount the bulbs and what I need to buy would be great.

Im just looking for anyone who has mounted CFLs horizontally and how they did it, please help me out here guys.

How handy are you, that setup does not look too complicated, go to walmart or home depot and get a bathroom fixture, wire it up horizontally and attach an old computer cable...done

If your a little more handy, measure and cut a piece of wood, (1/4" ply should work) you may even be able to find it in home depots scrap bin, get some light sockets, drill a hole with a holesaw thats the same diameter as the sockets and mount them through the holes, wire them all up in parallel, with said computer cable ...done

also, be safe about it, use the correct wire nuts and so on and take all safety precautions

Some people zip tie the power strip to the case, others tie it, or glue it.

This is what I put together in about a half hour for under $10. I'll post a pic of it in action later, my pic files seem to be too large to upload more than one at a time.

wow thats perfect, not too sure how you wired that up though doesnt look hard i might b able to find some kinda tutorial online..hopefully
