Sessions: I'm Shutting Down Colorado

why are some seemingly willing (wishing?) something bad to happen instead of focusing the energy on the momentum the legalization effort has going

Think of the effort it took to get legalization in California... now those who put in that work, take it to any puny state that is shadowed by the great state of California and you cannot convince me that they couldn't methodically change each state by state in a calculated effort to bring state right legalization coast to coast

Legal states could give an ultimatum of stopping import/export to and from states that do not want to honor the new cash crop in cannabis/hemp.

The Cali economy is strong, the rest of the country would crumble under such a threat.

I just posted it from the article above..this is why:

It’s a culture war, plain and simple. The other side now controls all three branches of government. They will fight for their culture and it doesn’t include pot shops and marijuana billboards and infused gummi bears.

Sanders owns a home in Vermont, and a home in Washington DC (as you would expect a Senator to have a home in the two places he physically lives). His net worth is estimated to be $800 thousand. My net worth is not quite half that... by the time I'm Bernie's age if I'm not worth several times what he is now, then I fucked up (or decided to go be a subsistent farmer in Bangladesh). If you live in the United States for over 60 years, are a white male with a college education, and you don't have mental illness or a serious addiction and you don't have a net worth of $800 thousand then you didn't have proper parenting or mentorship. Bernie is not a hypocrite, but should we punish the rich in a free country? I don't know, that is a different question. But the rich have no qualms punishing the poor....
Why did they leave out his recently purchased beachfront home? He does own three homes now. Of course he technically owned three before that(they had a vacation home in Maine which they sold to buy the new one.)

When the dems had all branches, they barely squeaked insuracare through, baaaaaarely.

They are operating on the heels of Auma, and more states working on medical.... I don't disagree with you but I have a hard time believing this is where they invest their eggs to fight the culture war.

And if they do, they will have a harder time walking back on legal canna than the dems did shoving through insurancecare

Why is something like this stuck in your craw when Trump is benefitting from the presidency by not divesting? He's recently sold many units of his properties to undisclosed.

Do you not see anything wrong with that?

Right pew; wrong church.

hope you're not referring to the one that went right into terms like Trumpleskin etc, while they're funny they distract from any credibility, and that one I saw above was written in January.

That article is written like it was intended for Steven Colbert, it's intent was to entertain not to be objective and deliver anything of substance, it discounts and undermines every single human that moves further and deeper into their legal efforts in hopes to drum up views and clicks for chicken little types just my opinion

Where is the fault in his argument? I don't think he was arguing that a crackdown is inevitable, only pluasible and/or likely. The biggest deterent to a crackdown IMO would be political backlash in the coming elections.

Sorry, was not aware of that. I do appreciate you correcting the record. However, I own my home outright, and my wife and I are looking into purchasing farmland in Asia (seriously) for our winter home and because we can. We are not special or wealthy, I'm a disabled veteran spawned from a public school teacher and she is a Muslim immigrant a year shy of a college degree. Still doesn't make him a hypocrite. He is one of a handful of men in our government that isn't a millionaire and he has been in that position a long time and hasn't used his position to increase his wealth (like everyone else). He still works for the American people... the rest of them work for their corporate sponsors.

How so? It was completely factual.
