serious problem/switching indoor to outdoor

I have been vegging 10 plants inside for 7 weeks. Dwc. 18/6. 2 cfl's 200 watt each. I have an issue with my landlord and have to be out in a week. March 3, I have nowhere to put them. Instead of throwing them in the garbage, can I plant them outside. If so, any details is much appreciated. First time grower

I'm moving into an apt that doesn't allow growing and I'm new to the area. Don't know anybody that can hold em for me
