Sending Images of Plants Over The Cell Phone

so i was just wondering how safe it is to send pics of my plant to the other person i am growing with. he dosent live near me so i send picture message.

basically what i want to know is can anyone see this or can it raise any red flags ect.

i know some of you are gonna get all paranoid and say the feds and shit can but they dont care about my 1 plant. the only people that would bust a small grow would be staties or the local cops. so can they see pic messages i send?
