Sending Goodies Back Home

Greetings!

I haven't been on RIU in awhile. In one week, I am taking my two kids with me to Amsterdam and I think I might have come up with a way to sneak some weed & shrooms back to the US. I'm gonna get a couple of scented candles, the shorter and wider kind. I will cut them in half with the E- string from my guitar. Hollow out the inside of both halves, put my goodies in the candles and then seal them back together. Probably use FedEx or UPS and will mail the package from France. Any wagers this will work?? Anyone ever tried this? Wish me luck!

I would just bring some seeds back with me in a pen in my shirt. Candles would work for the shrooms 100% if you got them sealed back. Would work for weed but just not enough room just get alot of seeds and grow them when you get home so insted of a oz or two you got a pound or two.

Make sure they're dark candles, and let us know how it goes i'm curious. I plan on takeing a trip to amsterdam soon. cheers.

My buddy went and packed some herb in a few jars of peanut butter that he sent home....he figured that once he put the herb in the PB jar and repacked it, that the dogs wouldnt be able to smell it, dont have the slightest idea whether or not it works....but he did get his package in the mail no problem!...........but you are in the land of seed banks, just buy an ass load of seeds....I'll give ya my address while your at it if you can drop me some in the mail as well...........

Without giving too much away, try this,
Grind up your herb and empty some tea bags, the ones with staples in them, and fill some of empty bags with your ground up herb, re staple the bags and place the tea bags back into the new box and put into a zip lock bag with some of those coffee bags (Like tea bags but with coffee) and make sure you open one of the coffee bags and mail it to yourself.
I am sure the ratio of parcels getting scanned in the mail as opposed to baggage at the Airport is much less, I have done this and no problems.
When they scan items they are looking for inconsistencies ie Organic and Non organic so forget the candles that is the oldest and most known trick in the book and with the coffee in the zip log bag this should mask any smells that would get picked up by those pesky dogs.
But honestly dude just hunt around your local area for some good bud, The amount of times I have heard that the weed in Adam is not that special compared to fine gear that can be purchased locally is it really worth the risk?

mushrooms are illegal in amsterdam now. as of this past summer or something. like you cant buy them anymore, fresh or dried. ya i kind of want to go to morocco and buy a kilo of hash its just the problem of getting it home i suppose they could send it to you, they ship their hash all over the place.

I'm tellin you from experience.. you CAN get caught. I have done the whole candle thing, and I'm telling you.. it MAY or MAY NOT work.

I thought I was being smooth until 2 feds knocked on my door with the bud package.

Burn all you want in Amsterdam, but its a HUGE risk mailing it dude. Good luck either way, but its a bad idea.

I'm just as big as a burner as the next guy, but mailing it is a BAD BAD BAD idea. It only worked once for me, and then I got ballsy and did it again and a fuckin van pulled up with 2 feds in it and used the whole scare tactic thing, but regardless, what people don't understand is that fedex, ups, dhl (whatever u use) DOES have the right to inspect a package no questions asked. The good ole Patriot Act allows them to do it.

Just shipping a package from Amsterdam alone is sketchy.. not to mention it has to go through customs and the French don't fuck around with mail security (It has to go through France).

Makes sence.Plus seeds would be easier then the buds.

sounds like a plan batman .. if your going 2 do it try going outside the dam2rotterdam or even take a train to the 2 the nexttown belgium or somthing ,, and another very importent thing dont lick seal any thing DNA catcher ,
i say it will work thou i dunno how the us costums are ,

great idea, although i would put them inside a baggy first to prevent them from bouncing around

i know people that know people that tell me alot of the experenced seed smuglers use the seam of there jeans.

Thanks to you all for the advice, hints and warnings. I don't care so much about sending back any weed since I already grow my own and have a lot of seeds here at home. I just want to get some Shrooms back home. The thought of having Feds knocking on my door doesn't appeal to me in the least. Besides, I've already had 2 seed orders, made via the internet, confiscated at customs. I received the packaging but the seeds had been taken out and in their place, I got form letters from the Department of Homeland Security......They probably have a file(s) open on me now. IF I try to send anything back, I will make certain to mail it from Paris. Thanks again and I wish I could bring you all along with me. Only 4 more days until we are on our way!!!!!!!

What ended up happening to you? If it was nothing, what did you say to prevent something from happening?

do it man just dont use your name and if someone comes to the door that doesnt look right just dont accept the package! no harm done!

You can always say you have no clue why it was sent to you. They cant arrest you because someone sent a package to you with something illegal in it.

Seeds are no big deal to send. Anything else though, I've heard the peanut butter method works really well. Just make sure that all fingerprints are wiped off of the jar and GLUE the seal back on after sticking the goodies (in a bag of course) into the PB. Don't put a return address, duh, and don't send USPS.

Is this true or not? I know they were going to do it but I've heard that you can still buy mushrooms in smart shops. Anyone know for sure? I'm going over to Amsterdam this weekend and would like to know! Cheers
