Semi-Noobie Drip-Type Grow Room: 40-ish plants, 1000HPS, Light Mover, etc

I'm posting these to get your feedback (critiques and suggestions) for my first "real" grow. I've done a few small grows in a pre-fab tent, but this is my first in the room I built. Rem: I'd love suggestions from veterans on how to tweak this system. It's about 3 1/2 weeks from sprouting. Plants are squat because I germed too early, and didn't have my overhead light installed . . . so they got too much side-light and side-growth.

Yes, I've made plenty of mistakes, being an amateur. Help me improve on what I have. :-)

Light: Top-lumen Hortilux 1,000w HPS (MH was broken, so I'm waiting on a replacement. The HPS at high-lumens probably is okay to use in place of the MH)
Ballast: Lumatek dual 1,000w (4th gen?--big and tall white ballast)
Light Mover (not being used much at the moment, but I plan to add more plants in ensuing grows).
Mylar'ed room, covering infrared insulation.
Nutes: General Hydroponincs on the Lukas Method.
40-ish plants: (AK47, White Widow, Ice, Chrstal, LA Woman, Super Silver Haze, and a few others).
Vents: Two over-drive computer fans (over-driven by using a 15v and 19v transformer, so they produce 50% more airflow).
Odor Control: None yet.
CO2: Being shipped
Meters: TDS (about 900ppm now), PH (6.2), Temp, Humidity (too low: 40-ish), Spot temp meter. A true exposure meter is being delivered, so I can see where the lumens are being distributed. (It's about 83 degrees during the day, then slowly down to 60 at night when lights are off for 6 hours.)
Feeding Routine: 4x15 minutes a day.
Misc: Oscillating fan, Rockwool cubes, with silica-type rocks. Totes are huges, but shallow--so I'm adding air pumps and air stones, because the roots are going to be partly submerged by 6 weeks, and by harvest they'll be 50% in the water.

Suggestions and tips, to help me make it a successful first real grow? For example, one of the pics is one of the plants exhibiting the most side-grow. Yuck. Sure, it "full"--but I wonder what a few weeks of top-lighting will now do?

TIA!
