Greetings and salutations everyone!

Well I'm back, took sometime off for life changes and school and well I decided to do a bag seed run. Still the same setup as my previous harvests so I will only touch on the basic details (DR60 , 250watt HPS/MH) whats different about this grow is I'm using a 5gal smart bag and one plant. I started out with a few seeds in party cups and all where male cept for this one prime female of the bunch. Because its near impossible to know what particular strain this bag seed is Im going to call her Hood-Rat!; seeds came from a friend that known to get brick shit from the hood so I found it fitting to call it that, plus hood rats do get around...... anyway...

So. 5gal bag (Check!). 250 watt light setup with wing reflector (Check!). Unknown genetics (Check). TGA Super soil?!?!? (CHECK!)

Decided to go organic this run and the idea of not using nutes from start to finish seemed like a great experiment as others have had nothing but good things to say about it (do a google search)

This is my first time going this route so If i need to adjust anything or add anything for yield sake I will but I really want to stay 100% organic this go around , maybe use some sugar and molasses but that's it.

No I wont be cloning it as im moving into a new house around the time this is done.

I have a 4x8 tent setup that Im saving for my new location so this tent will be converted to the mother tent :) she will be retired from duty lol.

Plant has been veg'd a month already just transplanted today will veg for one more week then flip.

Wish you best!

Question - with that black ground - it makes tent hotter, right?
I stored the tent in there for a reason , I just moved it out into the open and yes keeping it in a closed space like that raises the temps a bit. Whats funny is that i can keep the tent cooler with the HPS in over the MH.

Quick update, lights about to go to 18/6 from 20/4. Super cropped the top two nodes. Letting it go like this for another week then 12/12.

New growth. Started flowering. She stinks something unworldly already. I can already tell this is going to be a winner.
Loving the water only feeding, everything seems perfect and she loves it no signs off any deficiencies. Will keep everyone posted when she fills out more.

Looking good man. What kind of tent is that? what are the dimensions and what kind of ventilation system are you using? Thanks!

Secret Jardin DR 60, its a 2x2x5 I think. I have one 400CFM fan pulling air out through a filter and I keep one lower port open to let fresh air suck in as the fan basically creates a vacuum.

Thanks for the answer. I was looking for a tent about the same size as yours to go with a 250 HPS. Kinda worried about high temps as I live in a fairly hot country (summers are 90-100 degrees). I see you're not running a cool tube with that HPS. How are your temps and how noisy is that 400CFM fan?

Thanks again! :weed:

Temps are hard to control sometimes, that's why I keep the plants short but try to get them to fill out more with training.I have never had it get about 85 degrees

22 days in. Bumped up the feeding a little bit because she is starting to drink more. Still green and healthy.

Hey man long time no see sel3ective! She is looking great. Your doing organic?? Have you made any teas for her? How are you keeping her fed? Just curious because I want to get off the Fox Farm products and do 100% organic.

Honestly I have been feeding her 2 gal of water with black-strap molasses every 4 days or when the soil is dry. The soil is so hot that I kinda don't want to add anything else. I will pH the water but that's about it. Reasons for this is I don't really care about yield I want to know how far I can get with just doing this and then if I really need to add stuff I will. I like trying new things each grow, taking the good from each run and building on that from there.
