Also i hate when i forget to mention things lmfaoo is my humidity to low? cuz people are sayin have it at 40% isnt that kinda to humid?
Humidity for veg should be anything above 50%.

Humidity for flowering should be between 30-50% depending upon air movement.

I thought you said you had done some research????

Ideal temperature and humidity for growing is pretty much the first thing to read about. Then how to create that environment.

Here is a link to grow room design and setup.

http://urbangardenmagazine.com/2010/07/planning-your-grow/

Read it, learn it and then implement it to your space.

This will help you manage your temperature problem.

A fresh air intake and an exhaust to remove the hot air is the best.
The humidifier will add more heat to the space.

Read the link.

The best purchase you can make before anything is either a 6" duct booster fan (as temporary) or a good 6" centrifugal fan that moves around 300-400CFM or 450-650m3/h along with a few feet of 6" aluminium ducting.

But please read the link.

An oscillating fan to cool it??? Before you buy a humidifier???

THIS WILL NOT WORK AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please do us all a favour and read the link I posted.

Try the calculations as you read it based on your own rooms dimensions etc.

PLEASE READ IT, PLEASE.

so then another question is how is it bad if the humidty is to low? isnt that a good thing?
It causes plants to rapidly loose moisture through their leaves as water vapour.

Could you maybe enlighten us all and actually say what you researched.

Because from these questions I can't really see what it is that you've researched.

Its clear to see you havent read anything about a plants needs or how they grow or why environment is important.

I can't believe this is even your second grow.

I have a dialed in room that uses 400w and my last harvest a few weeks ago was 439g. Or around 15.6ounces. From 4 plants.

Believe me when I say you seriously need to read.

well right off the jump soil is compacted not enough aeration perlite vermiculite and over watered roots suffocating, to fix asap; have to get atleast perlite for aeration and not needed but for first time sake will make life or their life a whole lot easier a wood saw
will come in real handy! Now its time to root prune; i don't know how many plants you've transplanted or just unpotted but gently and evenly apply pressure all the way around pot maybe more than a couple times and it look like you have rugged enough pots to grab both sides of top brim and tap with no more weight than pot itself straight down, watch angle if super compacted might just prune or break alot higher then you want. tilt pot on side, keep strong hand on pot put other hand flat on soil between ground and stalk, give push and pull inch or two at a time until completely out. if root system is visibly spread out to bottom great saw from bottom up 1/3 to 1/2 root mass off. easy with plant gently loosen bottom where cut expose roots to hanging a couple of inches then loosely pot never packing down,if youre using same pot mix soil u just removed in 1:1 ratio with perlite or verm, scrape bottom of pot any mud replace with mix dont pack down, if root system broke very gently while holding top of soil at stalk.. scoope with other hand all roots you see.. like cradling baby ontop fresh mix in pot, cover top with extra mix gently push to fill gaps and do not ever water unless when u lift pot it feels like bone dry sand or if you used enough perlite or aeration amendment it will feel like its filled with cotton so light, as important it is that it gets to that point its equally as important it doesnt stay at that point more than 24-48hrs. even with the healthiest plants there will always be a couple weeks recovery and could even look so bad you feel the need to jump back to old habits and water or feed, to avoid further stress stick with same lights until recovered, you may loose some leaves but everything followed, just as topping works the cut roots recover developing new fresh growth exponentially, and in this case drying out and exploding "bigger roots bigger fruits", what you're botanically seeing is suffocating roots causing ladies to stunt from high ec, nute lockout
