Seeking to become a Caregiver. Everything ready to go

Hi there.

So far I have experience with White Widow, Northernlights x Bigbug, Jack Herer, Bubblegum, and more recently Critical Mass from Mr Nice. While these are not some of the most potent or medical strains, my main concern has always been odor control and yield. I have Critical Mass now, and would gladly supply a sample to any MMJ patient serious about signing me up to be a caregiver.

I grow in Foxfarm soil using a 1k and 600w hps for flowering and 2 250w for clones/vegatative growth. I also use the full line of FoxFarm nutrients with a couple of supplements from AN (Bigbud, Overdrive, and Final Phase) and molasses during specific weeks of flowering. A friend of mine is holding onto Critical Mass clones until I can get my license, so my next harvest for you would be no later than 9 weeks maximum. With a license I would also gladly switch to more potent and medical strains.

I'd discourage anybody who seriously requires mmj to get involved with people who,

1) Are looking to soley get into the program to make their illegal operation, legal.

2) Is not willing to work with individual patients based on their needs. (We all know how much it costs each of our rooms per ounce, lb, etc. If not, then that's foolish.)

3) Anyone who grows for "weight", which of course doesn't have the next parties interest in mind.

Any of the above is asking for problems. Availabilty, getting WET bags that in 2 weeks are 1/3 or less of what they were, shady people. That is not what medical use is about... that's "street" stuff.

Stay informed guys.

i give my meds to my patient for free. He's sick and cant work to pay for it. I would feel really bad if I charged him $275-$325 an O.

Smokez420 you are right in with the going rate of donation for medical grade meds if not lower, you are *entitled* to extra on the satives and strains that don't yield as much. The nae sayers are the non growers that don't put the time and effort into quality med's nor pay the for electric or growing nutrients and supplies.

I think the word you were looking for when u said in-titled, is entitled. Kinda funny you said "the satives and strains that don't yield as much." Then you go rip on everyone in the thread by saying they have never grown. Classic.

Please just talk about the topics at hand and not stone throw in the local forum. It's no fun to have people arguing with one another on personal level - but it is when you debate a topic, that's what discussion forums are all about.

We might not all have the same ideas about everything but we should all be able to get along without clubbing each other like cavemen.

Great - just saw the person is from California... like he is comming back. Why do random people come into local forums to talk smack?

That's like flipping off the grounds crew when your on an airplane.

Please only talk about the Topic on hand. Now we are both 2 posts deep with absolutely 0 discussion of the topic. I guess everyone lost.

Smokez, that's too much man. Absolute power and greed corrupt absolutely. Those people that supposedly have never grown actually do grow and help people. Remember the type of person you'll be dealing with man. Your dealing with a sick person. Someone with a qualifying debilitating condition. A good portion of patients are unable to work. My patient being one of them. He gets his meds for 100 an ounce, and I toss him a free ounce often enough just to make sure he's happy. Don't listen to the trolls on here who need to post pics of their grow with questions cause they don't know enough themselves. They can't tell whether their plants are hermie or whats going wrong. Those same trolls are also wrong about electric and nutes. If we didn't pay our own electric bill and we didn't buy our nutes then how would we be growing? If your not going to grow to help someone, then just do it illegally and do whatever you wish with your harvest. Don't abuse the system just so you can be legal.

Playtowin, you are starting to sound like a jerk. You were the last person I would expect to see acting rude to caregivers who are standing up for their patients. Does that even sound right to you at all? Being disrespectful to caregivers sticking up for their patients? Anyways, no matter how much people say, there will always be poor patients out there getting ripped off. The only thing we, as licensed caregivers, can do is to offer our own services to these patients. Also guys, this is ASSUMING that some of these mentioned shady characters on this forum actually provide for patients. I would be highly surprised to see if their medicine actually does end up in the hands of someone licensed in the program. Anyways, do your own shady business if you like but don't disrespect legit caregivers.

Did I attack anyone? now read your boy's post and tell me if he attacked me. Personally even, bringing up mistakes I made as new grower. I POST MY FUCK UPS FOR ALL TO SEE SO THEY DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKES I MAKE. Get real dude, I don't know if it's that your both still living on on daddy's dime while he's paying for collage and rent, or that you both have not had the responsibility of providing for a family yet. Caregivers deserve to be compensated for there time and expense. Tell your boy I'll sign him up as a caregiver now and get 5 oz a month @ 100 and see how long that last.

That dates back 3 months. If I knew you would eventually act this way, I would have never introduced you guys. After that post though, I honestly have no further comment for you. I wish both you and your son safety and bountiful harvests. Take care Playtowin.

Hello smokes, apologies for bringing such elementary school drama into your thread. Back to the matter at hand. Don't sell yourself short by calling critical mass a lower quality strain. I am sure you can bring the strain to a very nice quality. This also doesn't mean you should be over-pricing it either. Of course no one in here has any right to tell you how much you should be charging for an ounce, but remember the purpose of the program. I am sure you can find a finacially stable patient that can afford your medicine, but advertising openly about your prices is definitely a bad idea; especially for your own security. Also have you ever grown critical mass? I hope you have a dehumidifier ready since the strain is very prone to mildew and mold.

that's pricey dude. You must remember, the patient is helping you also, by allowing you on they're caregiver list. The plant limit in RI of 12 mature plants is more than enough for one person. although 2.50 ounce limit in RI is abit low, especially since 12 plants should yield atleast 12 ounces.
