SeedSupreme Seedbank

I ordered some seeds from SeedSupreme a while back and upon receiving my order I inspected the seeds and then I immediately stored them away in a refrigerator. The seeds were all very small but they were dark brown in color which is what you want so I didn't stress over it too much. I had hoped that when the time came to use the seeds that there wouldn't be any problems. Well, unfortunately every single seed ended up being a complete dud. I mean not one seed would even germinate! Clearly, just as I feared, the seeds were most likely premature. Not surprising, since like I said the seeds were tiny! Naturally I contacted seedsupreme and notified them of the fact that I received nothing but dead, premature seeds in which they replied back in so many words, sorry but these things happen when dealing with seeds. That was not the response I was looking/hoping for! More like, we are sorry that this happened and we will immediately reship your order as to make things right. That would have been the response from a respectable, honest business. I am VERY, VERY disappointed with SeedSupreme and I will NEVER do business with them again. I own my own business and you DO NOT EVER treat customers like this! Period! It is absolutely 100% unacceptable to run a business in this way. It would have been so very easy for them to reship my order (which was not a large order btw) and at least attempt to make things right. Instead they have this attitude like, oh well, sh*t happens. Oops, wrong guy seedsupreme. Now it is my duty, my obligation, to let the whole world know all about seedsupreme and exactly what sort of business you are. I am a man of principle. I believe that if you wrong somebody, you must fix it, no matter what. SeedSupreme chose to keep my money and to basically tell me to get bent. Luckily, today we have unlimited ways in which to spread information to the masses. Platforms such as forums, facebook, twitter, youtube, etc.. You should have made things right with me SeedSupreme. Big mistake. :finger:

Shit does happen, but unless there was a garantee they dont have to do anything about it. Most banks only garantee you will recieve them, if you read the fine print they say you should never germ them as they are souveniers. Have you had germ issues before this? Personally i buy breeder direct whenever possible, if you want someone to stand by their work simply pay the man with the dirt on his hands:peace:, hope you get it worked out man

"unless there was a garantee they dont have to do anything about it." I am aware of this fact. Being a business owner myself I also know another little fact. It's never wise to screw over your customers. First, because they're probably never going to come back. Secondly, they will most definitely make others aware of their bad experience with your business. So after all that, how much business did you just lose? Get my point? It shouldn't be about having a "guarantee" or not, it should be about having integrity and valuing your customers. After all, no customers = no business! It isn't hard to understand. As far as the seeds being sold as "souvenirs," that is obviously for legal reasons. Of course people are going to use the damn seeds, that's not even an argument. Have I had germ issues before? No, I have not. I am not a beginner, rookie, newbie, or whatever other name they have for someone just starting out. I have a lot of knowledge and experience with growing Cannabis, and let's be honest, germinating a seed isn't exactly rocket science.

What did you order if you don't mind my asking? Never heard of seedsupreme but they appear to be a reseller so unless they produce seeds in house your beef would appear to be with the breeder and not the seed bank. Well mostly at least since you feel they have been discourteous to you

If you go to a steak house and order a steak and it ends up being the worst steak you've ever had, whose responsibility is it to make it right? The restaurants? Or the restaurants beef supplier? Come on now,I'm HIGH AF right now and even I know that much. Seriously.

I had the same shit happen to me, however it was Herbies that sent me crushed seeds. I can say they did end up making it right with me though. I had to send them pictures of the seeds of course. (: sorry they fucked you bro. Hopefully if you order again you get what you paid for. I'd go with a more reputable bank 2nd go round though, no pun intended.

Peace & chicken grease. :peace:

You didn't answer my question but we'll use your analogy. You go to a steak house and order a steak to go. They give you a steak which you have reservations about but say nothing. You then store the steak in your fridge for an undisclosed amount of time and eventually decide you don't like the steak. Is the restaurant at fault? How were the seeds stored and for how long? I can see you're upset and truthfully I've never used seedsupreme and probably never will but with that said unless the seeds were damaged in transport I don't see them as being responsible. Just my opinion tho. Best of luck at slandering their name
