Seedsman's freebies any good?

I recently scored a deal on some SCS's tangerine power, 2 packs for $134 including stealth shipping, and received a few freebies from seedsmans.

I didn't really find much on his freebies and I would not expect them to be good at all but who knows maybe seedsman hooks it up?

The three freebies I got were Jack Herer, Dr. Seedsman and citrus super haze. All fems. I mean they sound good but again not sure.

I would think that any time you get free seeds, :) It is fgood
While free seeds are free, they may not be worth the time, effort and space. I got a lot of good beans to run and I am knowledgeable about those strains and the possible outcome so I'm willing to roll the dice. If I can't find any information on the freebies then I would probably hold off on them or gift them to some at a club.
Cheers.

If your mate spent 130, on seeds; I doubt the freebies are worthless. Too much myth about seeds and genetics.

I agree good genetics are priceless. Free seeds; Priceless.

Not worth the time. Even a free seed that is female is worth a grow to finish. Let us not promote snobbery. Help folks out :)

I've had some laying around for a couple of years - white widow, I think. No plans to use them for anything other that backups in case an intended bean doesn't germ.

I'm growing out a Dr Seedsman outside right now, a few weeks from chop actually. So far the buds are nice and thick and the smell is a sweet, spicy smell. It has a fair bit of resin too. I'll post up a pic in a few days when I get home :)

What are the problems with Boss Hog?
Have you ever heard the term microseeding? Have you ever grown a plant that makes hundreds of micro seeds?

If you haven't I suggest trying the boss hog, it will fool you into thinking everything is okay until you break a nug open and wonder why you have all these super tiny ass seeds in the bud your about to smoke. BTW none of them could possibly be viable, if they are strike me down now.

WTF! Not cool, sounds like my last go with dutch passions feminized blueberry, except those were big old white seeds in that. I did hear quite a bit about boss hog herming out, that was why I pass on those for Barney's Pineapple chunk.

Great choice there, lol. The P.chunks were no where near indica dom. and the two phenos were so different it is hard to believe they came from the same lineage. But they didn't hermie, although one got chopped like 4 weeks early at week 10 because it was the size of a small christmas tree with at least a month to go. Funk that, I'm not in the business of growing trees, maybe outside but not indoor. I'm sure some one would have loved it with its airy ass buds that looked huge but weighed little.

at least you can pick out the seeds when they are bigger, the microseeded buds got thrown into hash.

The blueberry ended up as free smoke for everyone because it was not good at all. I would just take sacks and give them away to lesser liked friends so they wouldn't always be asking for me to throw them a bud. But you're right, those micro beans are the worst.

Latewood can have my GHS and TH Seed beans. They're not worth my time or space, guess I'm a snob lol
Dude. I don't need your throw aways I get high quality strains directly from Amsterdam. I have worked for seed banks for years. Go ahead take your shots. Remember; Opinions are like Buttheads.
