Sent bank transfer but the transfer wouldn't let me include a order #
I've emailed them several times and they keep saying my order wasn't paid for yet my bank transfer is their and they dont wana help.

Stick to the attitude.

Never had any problems

That’s crazy man. I ordered some Frisian DuckFoot
And Banana blaze from Dutch Passion Seeds through Seedsman on the evening of the 1st of 2nd of this month and got a email within two hours of order placed
They even gave us 8 extra Feminized seeds with the order!
3 Gelato OG, 3 blueberry and 2 meringue!:weed:
All went well they sent that first email and
With order number and steps to follow with everything for tracking once I got the next email.
Then they sent emails every stage through the shipping.
I was impressed and satisfied.:hump:
But I am currently having bad luck with Gro Green Michigan!?
Hydroponic store.
No seeds but.
Ordered 60$ worth of Adavcned nutrients through them on like the 8th or something like that
Got a order confirmation email but no tracking number on the email
Figured it was being shipped and then send a email when it was shipped with a tracking number
Nope
Called them yestarday because i got the seeds
And they came from much farther than the Nutes had to come lol and still had t heard anything
And they told me
“There was an error In The shipping and it was returned and refunded.”
I asked what we could do about it
He said you’ll have to try again and just hung up.
I havent got the money back yet or a email.
Refuse to order through them anymore
But it seems every where I go online whether it’s google, eBay, or amazon
They come up :finger:
Frustrating to say the least
Sorry to here about your bad luck with seeds man and I hope they make it right!

I sent a money order to them and it got sent out immediately. You must've done something wrong. I mean shit, I practically sent them cash. No problems. I have used cc before, no problem. It takes time to arrive during covid BS but totally worth the freebies. Never order seeds in a rushes. You'll always be disappointed. If you don't have patience, maybe growing not for you. Just saying.

I am having problems right now with Seedsman. Placed an order yesterday. Credit card was successfully charged But then I got an error message from the credit card processor that the charge successfully went through but they were unable to contact the merchant to let them know. Seems like their software on the website is having some issues. So now I am at the point were the charges went through on my credit card and Seedsman canceled my order per the latest update on their web site. Also there is no phone number to call? I have a bad feeling that this is going to be difficult to fix. Anyone have any ideas on how I can contact them to resolve this or I am out $300?

You could try and log a support ticket via their website if that fails head over to Trustpilot the link is also on the Seedsman site and leave a negative review. Before anyone jumps up and down regarding this comment you can edit and update your review when Seedsman addresses the issue. Daniel from Seedsman monitors that site closely so any negative reviews seem to get his attention pretty quick. Good Luck

FWIW, I've always been pleased with seedsman. I did a wire transfer with attitude long ago and I remember it was a hassle to complete. Now I wait for when seedsman is taking Visa to place orders, when doing this I've noticed visa will decline the transaction (in my case on my 300+ orders) dropped my order total down to under 250 and smooth sailing. Best of luck brother

Although I'm only growing the last few months I've made a couple of orders with them and they arrived pretty quickly, considering the COVID scenario. 1st order they gave me bonus seeds of 2 different strains they weren't required to, along with a face mask, which I thought was a nice touch. Second order they gave me more free seeds of multiple strains and types, and also a grinder.

Seem like good guys to me, I'm sure they'll sort you out with your dilemma.

I did just that. Submitted a support ticket and they got back to me within 24hrs and resolved the issue. Excellent customer service!

Great news I am happy that it worked out for you $300 is a lot of lose. Seedsman also resent my order after 50 days so I can't complain either with the outcome they back up their support policies which is good to see.
