No letter from customs though. Just the green tape. I was under the impression that they send a letter with the package stating that the contraband was removed. I hope the lack of a letter doesn't bite me on the ass as far as a replacement goes.

I doubt it, the green tape alone should be sufficient and it's possible you will get a letter in the mail saying they seized it and would you like to claim it (NO!). I'm sure they see this regularly enough

damn bro sorry about that but i bet they will resend, i told u guy what happened to me, so my seeds came today super fast delievery and instead of 28 free seeds they gave me 34 free seeds only thing i didnt get was the space candy but they made up with it with the loud seeds so very happy im sure u will be to stow good idea to take pics bro

That doesn't mean anything honestly. My package from seedsman that came with green tape and no seeds zipped right through customs in one day. Conversely I had a package that sat in customs for over 3 MONTHS that showed up in my mailbox unopened, seeds still in there.

Seedsman re-shipped my package yesterday. They were fine with just the photos of the green tape on the package. Everything is being taken out of breeders packs this time..... which I'm assuming means a more discreet looking package.
I inquired about Satsuma now being out of stock on their site, and they assured me that it's fine and I will receive everything that I ordered.

I feel ya. I was pretty baked whilst placing that order, so I don't even remember specifying breeder packs or not. They don't give you the choice on the re-ship though. No breeders packs.

I sometimes wonder if a simple envelope is best. If only they had that method as a guaranteed shipping option. After seeing how quickly from Spain Ace replacements arrived, a simple post bypasses customs.

I received my order today without issue. They didn't send shipping info for a week, I reached out to SM support on monday, they got back to me promptly, appologized and explained they were really backlogged due to all the 4th orders. The rep was pleasant and shipped my order out immediately. It took longer than necessary, but it was nice to experience the pleasant/speedy customer service. Says a lot about the company IMO, so i'll most likely use them again.
Additionally, shout out to Seedsman and Female Seeds whether they know they hooked it up or not... I opted for the fem freebie option, unfortunately the first level freebie was unavailable, to my surprise they sent me 2 fem OG kush beans to make up for it (anyone have experience with seedsman OG?). Also grabbed a 4 pack FS c99, 8 beans in the pack!
