that is what most the post on the net said so I tried them, I don't think they didn't send them, I'm pretty sure the government is just spoting their packing. i live in bonney lake wa. i purchased my seads from uk that gets them from amsterdam. they sent them in a cd case and had the customs sticker on it. no problems. 420-seeds.com they even take debit and it doesnt say anything on my statement other than i got like a dollar extra charge from bank for international.

Hey everybody, it's great that some of you get whatever you order, I once tried heaven's stairway, bought some belladona seeds, they came in a cd, got the US customs and then shipped to Costa Rica thru a private courier service, delivered to my office in working hours... hahaha. Paid order upfront with a money order made out to the heaven's stairway people if I don't misremember...
They all germinated but I think I killed them or something, wouln't know about the quality of the seeds cos' they all died. That's my story...

i know i wouldnt risk my freedom & buy seeds from overseas or even from canada if your in the usa you should buy usa! i only buy made in america so why would i buy my seeds from europe or canada..besides in the usa we have the best/rarest clone onlies,which are now available in seed form..they smoke the competition!!

I used to sell my genetics through heavens stairway aka cbay auctions/aka overgrow.com in canada but these 3 websites were shut down by cops in canada in feb. 2006 when the owner RC was arrested & jailed..
best to buy usa if in the usa then no customs worries

So you would not order seeds from Canada for fear of being arrested but you would ship your genetics/seeds to Canada/Heavens Stairway/cBay without fear of being arrested.
Sounds a bit odd to me since you cannot be arrested for seeds that you never actually possessed, meaning seed orders confiscated by customs, but you can be arrested for seeds you do/did possess, meaning seeds you created and then shipped to Canada/Heaven's Stairway/cBay.
