There is seed's starting to appear on my plant, which is roughly 2 week's off harvest, just noticed as of last night and got a better look tonight, she is in with other plant's but is taking out at night to a different area for 12 hours of darkness, she is 50% amber now, can i get a heads up of what to do cheer's

IM not sure what your asking about with the seeds. If your asking about harvest, you can harvest when the plants hairs are 50 percent red or amber. And if your talking about growing the plant for seeds, the seeds will burst out of the caleyexes when they are mature, you will be able to see them, and seed production i believe takes 4-6 weeks after pollination. hope that helps, iim not sure what the question was lol happy toking
harvest, 50 % amber too long and it probably naturally hermied and pollinated itself.
calyxs (sp?) will swell days after pollination maybe you'll be OK.
What should i do cut her down then, calyxs dont seem to be overly swollon, hence why i waited longer, but ive grown hermies before and these look exactly like them just starting to form, but i have a good few female plant's about i dont want anything happen to.
No couldnt be i grew two from same seed's and the other plant has not got these.
unless you like exploding seeds in your bud, yes. you're over ripe already IMHO.
