This bank is horrible, the customer service well I'll let u be the judge. Bought alot of beans through them then when I buy seed junky I grew them 1100 2 pks inside garbage. Cloned gave to 2 other growers ran inside and outside garbage so I emailed this is the customer service response
$500 for a pack of seeds. Sheesh man that's a little steep I don't care what strain or breeder it is. BUt if they're garbage, isn't the fault with Seed Junky? How is it the bank's fault?

That's his customer service any reputable bank would make it right not say let me dwell on it

But yeah if they're selling fakes than I'm with you. Just never heard of seeds of horror selling fakes but I have no experience with them personally. And if they're the type of bank that sells fakes than you're more likely to get water from a rock than anything from some scamming-ass seed bank

550 dollar pks should never be a gamble I live in a legal state reputable banks would never pull this. Maybe if your still in illegal places but canna community doesn't work like that anymore

I'm just warning someone who may not have 1100 to burn alot of sick people grow there own where I live

yeah people dont respond nicely usually when you write to them like this.

i dont see anything wronghes willing to help after you come back nicely

just because someone works customer service doesnt mean you can treat them like trash

C'mon it's always a gamble. I get your expectations are high for a $500 back, but there's no guarantee there. Can't tell you how many hype ass packs of seeds selling for crazy amounts and everyone is drooling all over it when the drop comes and then nothing... either no one grows them out, or they were just average. Sorry, it's always a gamble. There's no sure thing in the way mother nature designed seeds.

Man, if that's how you come out of the gate with an issue with a product someone sold you, I don't blame them for their response. More bees with honey than vinegar, ya know? That said, if I dropped that kinda coin on seeds and the results were that bad, I would definitely be upset. It appears that he didn't slam the door in your face and left it cracked to come back in and have a chat. I personally, would reach back out with my apology ready to go, calmly explain the situation and that I was heated on the first attempt at contact. I would apologize again and see if there is any sort of mutual resolution that we can come to.

I understand why you are mad, but if you want it resolved, stop and breathe a little and then approach it with a little tact. Best of luck to ya, man. I hope y'all can resolve the issue.

Thats the breeders fault and not the seedbank. The seedbank are distributers they dont grow out all the seeds before selling them. Also just becuse a breeder is hyped up and sells packs for silly high money dont mean they are excellent breeders. The breeder your talking about are known for putting hyped up clone to hyped up clone even though the results could be crap.
By the way what was the exact strain in question ? And are you saying you only grew a couple of plants ?
