13 day old seedlings going no where

Any ideas checked ph out the bottom 5.9
And they drink up every 48 hours

they are stretching really bad,, they are trying to reach the light,, lower the light ,,
and what light are you using?

200w CFL I have had the light 2 inches away from them for the last seven days with no change

Germination went well potting went well all in all after germinating they had shot out the coco after 50 hours grown to about 2, 2 and a half inches and then just stopped growing no difference in the last week apart from leaves slightly bigger

Canna a+b 1ml each to 4 litres

Canna rhiz 6ml to 4 litres
