Seedlings

hi, this is my 1st grow, i planted 2 vanilla kush seeds on monday, they sprouted on thursday, now at 2" high with true leaves shooting up, im using 100w hal, and 2 20w compact cfl's, till i get my hid this week, but one seedling is somewhat shorter than the other, temps between 24-28c Rh is at 40-45%, both in bio bizz all mix, not added any nutes, just water, one that is smaller looked overwatered and drooping/yellowing, now ive left it, its now doin opposite, leaves are pointing rite up, and SLOWLY growing but quite limp looking, im only using a 5ml medicare syringe to water root area. both plants have same medium, light etc..???

halogens are useless, id get rid of it

The halogen cant harm it. The more light the better I would say

As for the droopy one. Im not to sure mate. Do you have any pics?

not yet no pics, will try soon , ive added in 2 20w compact cfls till tues till i get my HIDs.. It now picking up a bit leaves are now perky and greener, keeping the temp reg'd at 27c and hum is now at 45% all seems ok, i was told hals were ok for seeds as they contain enough of the blue spectrum to keep them ok for meantime, just never had any cfls...

seems you are going with same nutes n shit as me robotboi, been told best set up for 1st grow...

Yeah the bio bizz range are really good. My first grow wasnt really I proper one as I took over from a friend but this new one in my sig is my first real grow

I would keep using the Halogen until you get the HID. It's not bad light, halogens are just about as inefficient as bulbs get, so pretty much any alternative would be better.
