Seedlings wont grow

I have 9 fem blackberry seedlings from the attitude. I'm having problem with them just not growing they are in cocogrow started them off with rapid rooter they are 2.5 weeks old when i transplanted them into coco, roots were all out the bottom and at least 6 inch long , swithched from flouro to MH light,i started monkey juice A/B at 240 ppm ,temps stay at 78-81 degrees watering 2 times a day with ebb n flow and they only have 1 st set of leaves and about 1 1/2 inc tall what should i do or what am i doing wrong

Get some pics posted so we can take a look at what you've got. If they look healthy they are probably ok. Having patience with these plants is the hardest part of growing IMO.

Thanks Doc for the quick respsonse unfortunately i can only be on for few minutes at a time, just to clear a few things up the clay pellets on top were just to help hold the seedling up because i took most of rapid rooter off the roots and from the start my temps in the room were more than likely too cold , the stems turned purple and thats when i switched to mh light to help bring up the heat and i used the monkey juice after they started turning yellow, this is my first hydro go thge other 5 times i had alot of luck in soil (Fox farm) but i really wantes to try ebb n flow

I had stunted growth with my seedling too, I was over watering and the Ph was too acidic. However my root system was stunted as well (or atleast not that long lol) Not sure if this will help, but look into the ph-- at least that was my issue.

thanks toker 88 , ph should be fine i am using ro water and with the monkey juice ph isnt an issue ive been told i have been trying to post pix but server says security token missing ? hopefully i will be able to get posting the pix figured out and then i can show u guys whats up. i am really stumped by this one its like watching paint dry they dont seem to be growing at all i even started the CO2 boost yesterday to get them moving even though i think it might be too early still for that but it cant hurt
