Seedlings vs. humidity in the 30's.

I've got a dozen seedlings, about a week old, starting their second set of leaves. I just took them out of the humidity dome yesterday. Now, despite a humidifier on high, wet hanging towels, in a 4 x 4 tent, my RH is in the low 30's. How big a problem is this for seedlings? How about veg? Do you think I should add another humidifier?

If you have wet hanging towels in a closed tent, humidity should be high ... mine was. Are you actively exchanging the air in the tent? If so, you need to humidify the room. Easier to just run the tent as a quasi-closed environment. Jmo. cn

Do you mean I could turn the tent exhaust fan off for the seedlings and this would help?

It depends. Where I am, it's the cold half of the year. I am not currently running active intake/exhaust fans, and the transpiration of my plants and dampish cloth pots is giving me ideal temp/humidity inside the tent.
In the summer, I will have to do something different. cn

Update: thanks for the advice and reassurance. About 90 minutes ago, I decided to turn off the exhaust fan. Right away the humidity climbed to the mid 40s. But then I realized the temp was now in the mid 80's. So I ran to the room, turned off the heat pad and put the exhaust fan on, extremely low. I also have a humidifier and wet towels going. Now, an hour later, the RH is stable at 45%, and the temp at 73. Yay! It's good that experienced growers are here putting up with the newbies freak outs.
