Seedlings streaching under CFI's & 110W HPS

Hi guys, after days of lurking I decided to post a questions as I realize each grow room and environment is different and what works for others might not work for me.

I'm not from the states and we use the metric system so I do have a small issue converting feet, inches etc in my head so I might have taken some values wrongly.

My grow closet is 3 ft wide 28 inches tall (at the moment from the grow lights) and 2ft ... deep?
I have 4 20" 18W cfi's mounted next to each other and a single HPS 110W mounted in the middle with a 5"fan blowing directly into the HPS. The seedlings will be 4 days (from seed) in around 10 hours and just 2 days since they broke ground.
A picture is a worth thousand words so here's an attachment of my current state;

Can someone shed some light on what I'm doing wrong? The HPS light is 18" from the seedlings and the cfl's are a bit further away like 2 or 3 inches.
The temperature is moving from 75C - 82C depending on the time of the day and the humidity is from 44% - 55% according to the max/min values of my meter gadget.
The strain is ak47 from serious seeds, all feminized.
If you need any further info please let me know, any input will be much appreciated.

Thank you..

Get the light closer..inches away. 2-4 for cfls about a foot to 15 inches for that HPS.
I very much appreciate your lightning fast response, however the cfl's and the HPS are mounted on the same board, here's a picture;

I planned to just move the whole board up/down also I have remote ballast for the HPS to mitigate heat

Well the hps cant be anywhere as close as the floros..I would put the floros on the back side and keep the hps of the top.But since they are so small i would use only the floro on top then when they get about 3-4 sets of leaves i would move the floro to the back wall and then use the hps on the tops at about 12-15 inches

I was thinking about ditching the HPS for the time being but I thought that would stress the seedlings as I change the light intensity so dramatically.
My day/night time is 21/3 at the moment. If I remove the HPS and move down the cfl's at this time will I risk losing the seedlings?

I dont think you're going to stress the seedlings swaping out ur lights. I think that kind of issue happens when the plants are older.
