seedlings eaten

hey, ive been trying to grow for a while now and twice now my seedlings have been eaten by something. Im not sure of what but i have seen birds, rats, and iquanas in the area. Any advice on how i can prevent this?

start them indoors under shop lights or CFL's. let them get 6 to 8 inches before putting them outside.

once your plants are outside take a bar of soap and shave little pieces off around the base of your plant and it shouidl keep anything from eating your plants

Both of the above answer but i would say make sure u veg indoor for 2 weeks. once outside get some neem oil and shave some bar soap
