Do you have a fan lightly circulating the air? is the CFL to that side like its going towards it? If I remember correctly I think my last one did this too but eventually straightened out

I agree about leaning toward a light. I typically have a two Cree A19 lightbulbs (60w equivs). One warm, one cool. My seedlings lean toward the cool. As it gets larger I add more cools (for a 1:3 or 1:4 ratio).

plants will always straighten out as they only grow towards the light not just on a 90 degree angle to the light to piss people off.
you must make sure you have the light directly above the plant if you want a tall plant otherwise it will grow like that forever

I dont understand i came home from work to this i dont know why last feeding water and 1/4 20 20 20 hempy bucket 75 perlite 25 verm under cfl light bending?
Ive never grown hempy, but my understanding of it is theres a rez at the bottom of the pot. Are the roots reaching it? I know in dwc you have to top water at first until the roots are long enough.

He is growing in a plastic cup ATM, he has no res under them.
The res in a hempy is the space between the holes and the bottom of the container. In the final container the holes are typically 2" from the bottom to allow the water to stay there and form a small res.

Im goin by what he wrote. I cant tell what the cup is sitting in, either way hes growing in perlite that hasn't been watered because he was working. The plant looks 2 maybe 3 days old, no real root structure yet and no leaves to store food and water in. Moving it closer to lights and fans is only going to dry it out quicker in my opinion, but like I said never used that method to grow, I could be wrong.

O.P.,
You said you are feeding 1/4 strength 20-20-20 to a few day old seedling?
Water only till 2-3 set of branches.

The plant get all its needs other than water and light from the leaf and root structure.

Either you over watered or you under watered but feeding Nutes is not helping.
You probably let it get dry.

I prefer to start mine in 1" Rock Wool than when I see a tap root I move it to a 4" cube then into hempy.

For a new seedling the light should not be close enough to cook the plant, the 24/7 fan also dries out your seedling.

Well its a hempy there is a rez inside the cup and the wilting is getting worse maybe should i put the lights a bit higher 4 23w 6000k cfl
Hand water it until you see roots coming out of the bottom of the cup, or maybe raise the water level a bit. Next time start the seed in rockwool or add more vermiculite to the mix. Something that holds some moisture until the roots are established.

looks like it got too much water because of the color of the stem

ETA: you're going to lose it. plant another seed ASAP
